With the advent of large plasma screens everyone wants a video running on their trade show stand. A looped video running on a well designed stand can be a great asset to any company.

If practical, have a version of the video produced which relates to the show you are attending and the particular products/services which you have available.

Very important rule 1

Make sure the screen can be seen, especially when the stand is crowded.

Very important rule 2

If possible, try to incorporate the screen into the stand design.

Very important rule 3

Make certain that your video runs no longer than 60 seconds.

Do not use sound.

Include a ‘call to action’.

Very important rule 6

Brief your people on how to approach someone who has stopped to watch the video.

Very important rule 7

Never be seen eating your lunch on the stand – yuk!
